Leviathan
The Leviathan is mentioned several times in the poetic sections of the Old Testament, including in Job 3:8 & 4:1-34, Psalm 74:14 & 104:26, and Isaiah 27:1. References to creatures called Rehab or tannin in Psalms and Isaiah may also allude to the same kind of creature. YHWH’s power is demonstrated by the fact that even they are subject to him. I thought it would be good to reference that and also bring up the idea that the whole world groans, waiting for the revelation of the sons of God (Romans 8:19–23). While Leviathan is typically pictured as something evil, it seemed to bring the fact that even such a creature was subject to the curse of Adam.
